Information submitted through the form is routed through Cloudflare Pages Functions and submitted to HubSpot for consultation form processing and CRM contact management.
The form uses validation, spam-reduction, and security measures. These may include required-field validation, email validation, website URL validation, phone formatting, message length limits, honeypot spam fields, Cloudflare Turnstile verification, request origin checks, content-type checks, request size limits, and server-side validation.
Submitting a consultation request does not create a client relationship, advisory relationship, confidential relationship, or engagement with Ronin Advisory. Any engagement with Ronin Advisory requires a separate written agreement.
10. Data Retention
Ronin retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, coordinate introductory conversations, maintain business and CRM records, operate and secure the website, analyze website activity, resolve issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and where it is stored. For example, consultation records may be retained in HubSpot, analytics data may be retained in Google systems, operational logs may be retained by Cloudflare, and business communications may be retained in Microsoft 365 systems.
